The voice of residents in Atlantic Station since 2005
About ASCA
Who We Are
The Atlantic Station Civic Association (ASCA) is a resident-led, volunteer-run organization working to strengthen our neighborhood through advocacy, communication, and collaboration.
We believe strong communities are built on care — care for the people who live here, care for transparency in decision-making, and care for the long-term health of Atlantic Station as a place to live, work, and thrive.
Why ASCA Matters
Atlantic Station is home to thousands of residents across multiple buildings and surrounding neighborhoods. When major decisions affect daily life — food access, safety, mobility, governance, or communication — residents need a clear, organized voice at the table.
ASCA exists to:
Represent resident interests across Atlantic Station
Facilitate constructive dialogue with property management, retailers, and the City
Advocate for basic services and quality-of-life needs
Share timely, accurate information with the community
Create space for residents to engage, organize, and support one another
We are a community organization, focused on solutions.
Our Commitment to Transparency & Care
ASCA is committed to:
Using funds responsibly and for community benefit
Communicating openly about our work and priorities
Acting with respect, integrity, and care — even in challenging moments
Focusing on collaboration and long-term outcomes, not conflict
Your support allows us to keep showing up — calmly, clearly, and consistently — on behalf of the people who call Atlantic Station home.
How Your Donation Helps
ASCA is powered entirely by volunteers, but real advocacy requires real resources. Donations help us cover:
Community communications (email, website, outreach tools)
Meeting and event costs (community forums, town halls, rallies)
Printing and materials for resident outreach
Administrative and operational expenses
Tools that help us organize feedback and keep residents informed
Support for issue-specific advocacy (food access, safety, mobility, governance)
Every dollar goes toward supporting residents and strengthening the community’s ability to engage constructively and effectively.
